Anshul is the Founder and Chairman of the International Parity Group. Anshul brings a fresh perspective and an unwavering determination to create a positive impact on a global scale.
Anshul’s education background is in engineering & science. From a young age, he displayed exceptional qualities and a passion for social change. While still in grade school, Anshul founded IPG’s parent company, KEC. Inspired by his own experiences, he created an innovative online educational platform that connected students with international volunteers. This platform aimed to provide educational opportunities for underserved communities. His nonprofit quickly gained recognition, and he successfully implemented this system in both Bhutan and Indonesia before college. Anshul’s unwavering commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and promoting intercultural interaction inspired admiration.
Anshul assumed the role of Managing Director when IPG was formed after KEC rebranded and absorbed various other NGO’s operations. Since, he has propelled IPG to unprecedented achievements. Despite demanding commitments outside IPG, he continues to visit the company’s onsite operations regularly, ensuring that the organization's projects and initiatives align with its mission and values.
He is at the forefront of technology based projects at the International Parity Group, such as Illuminate Asia. Anshul’s impactful project revolves around optimizing and constructing Pelton wheel water turbines, providing alternative renewable energy to villages in need. Anshul's engineering expertise has played a crucial role in tailoring these turbines to suit the unique requirements of each community, ensuring a reliable and sustainable power source that empowers underserved regions with clean energy solutions. Through his leadership, Anshul has made a significant difference in the lives of countless villages, fostering positive change and promoting the adoption of renewable energy for a brighter and greener future. Anshul also continues teach language classes. Recently, he has also spearheaded IPG’s latest effort to promote animal rights and now primarily devotes his time to this alongside the IPG Academy and accessibility/disability rights endeavors.
Anshul’s diverse range of interests extends beyond IPG. He enjoys polo and martial arts (including archery). He has also arranged and led various sailing and surfing instruction sessions with volunteers for team building exercises!
